COATS X RALPH LAUREN

THE CHALLENGE
To merge the two tones of voice for Coats and Ralph Lauren to showcase how both companies are aligned to global sustainable development goals.

THE SOLUTION
Brand elements from both companies were incorporated to create a neutral design vessel that effectively accommodates key communication points across various conceptual marketing collateral.

// POSTERS

Ralph Lauren's typography was combined with imagery aligned to their tone of voice, including inclusive elements such as ocean imagery which lends itself to Coats' tone of voice. This approach ensured adherence to design guidelines while fostering an effective co-branded identity, with Ralph Lauren taking the lead.

// HANGTAGS

Conceptual cobranded hangtags were developed to be used in Ralph Lauren stores and special pop-up events as a media moment to showcase the partnership between Coats and Ralph Lauren.

// POP-UP STAND

A conceptual pop-up thread display stand was designed to showcase how Coats threads add value to Ralph Lauren garments.

// ESG STAND

In additional to conceptual work, a real sustainability stand was also created for Coats when attending networking events with others in the industry. The core sustainability pillars and identity was translated into this modular stand to showcase Coats' products whilst communicating their commitment and priority around environmental factors.
